As Ballet Idaho has been drifting slowly into a contemporary company, I thought it prudent to share my take on classical ballet. The company is filled with fine dancers who have trained their entire lives to create these perfect lines while maintaining excellent musicality and grace. This piece was awarded the "Esther Simplot Award for Choreographic Excellence"  and was performed again by Ballet Idaho in November of 2019 with additional choreography as part of the production "Anthology."
